Non-Refundable Policy
Once payment is made, it is non-refundable. This policy is in place to cover the costs associated with preparing and delivering the training.
Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend the training, please contact us at least 48 hours before the event. We may offer the option to transfer your registration to another session.
Cancellation by Us
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the training, a full refund will be provided to all registered participants.
